DR. M.N. ROY
PresidentDr. M. N.Roy did his M.Tech from Kolkata University and PhD in social science from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1980 and retired from the same as Additional Chief Secretary of the Govt. of West Bengal in the year 2012. He was President of Riddhi Foundation after retirement till February 2018 and is the Founder and President of SIGMA Foundation. He has been a member of many Committees of the Government of India, particularly the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj. At present he is a Member of a Standing Committee to look into the issues of human resources for improving programme outcome of the MORD.
