MR. DILIP GHOSH
Vice PresidentA former member of the Indian Administrative Service, Mr. Dilip Ghosh worked mostly in the areas of Health, Nutrition and Child Development and Rural Decentralisation. He retired as Secretary to the Government of West Bengal. He headed a number of Government and external agency-supported projects on decentralization and rural livelihood implemented by the Government of West Bengal. He was a member of the Fifth State Finance Commission of West Bengal after his retirement from service in 2012. He has been an honorary adviser to Viswa Bharati University and Rabindra Bharati University.
