The broad objectives of the proposed situation analysis are:
i. To capture evidence through collection and analysis of primary data in the field on the main vulnerabilities and the main strengths of the Tdh stakeholders towards gaining insight on what will be the priorities for interventions.
ii. To gain insights on the causal factors behind the vulnerabilities in the current context to design the approach and methods of interventions.
iii. To know the indicators to be used for monitoring progress and measuring success.
iv. To identify and engage internal and external stakeholders to be able to observe the social, economic and cultural context and monitoring the risks as well as identifying the mitigation measures.
v. To know better how to engage the beneficiaries from the beginning of the project management cycle for their ownership and active participation.
The specific objectives for the situation analysis are:
1. To increase understanding and evidence on actual ground reality as needed by the context of the country and strengths in relation to Tdh’s core global programme priorities,
