1. To assess the quality of repairing/retrofitting of WASH infrastructures in the school in line with the Swachh Vidyalaya Guidelines and also the guidelines of the state government

2. To assess the quality and impact of IEC/SBCC materials (like wall painting, hand-outs etc.) regarding various critical issues of WASH (usage of toilets, handwashing, water conservation, solid and liquid waste management, menstrual hygiene management) on students, teachers, non-teaching staffs

3. To evaluate the design of construction for making the schools disaster resilient and safe

4. To assess the quality and impact of capacity building of government engineers, other government officials, masons, carpenters, builders and other persons involved in construction process on efficient and effective construction of infrastructure and also made them disaster resilient and safe
