Inclusive Social Policy
Objectives:1. Review and map the Humanitarian Cash Transfers program design
2. Assess the HCT design with respect to coverage and adequacy (relevance)
3. Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery mechanisms including implementation modalities, verification processes, documentation required (Efficiency),
4. Assess whether and to what extent the cash assistance is effective in meeting basic needs of women and children in the local setting (effectiveness), and
5. Conduct an exclusion analysis given the aforementioned policy framework, program design and delivery.
