Promotion of Land Literacy among the Scheduled Tribe Women SHG members connected with LAMPS in Bankura and Jhargram

Objectives:

The specific objectives of this 14 months' duration project as agreed upon by Oriflame are as follows: 1. To build perspective within LAMP SHG network on the issues of tribal women's land rights and its relevance in the context of women's empowerment and livelihood promotion. 2. The trained District Level Trainers (DLTs) and Master Trainers (MTs) identified LAMPS provide training to the women SHG members on basic concept of Women's Land Literarcy (WLL) 3. Two LAMPS establish land service centres and arrange regular free counselling services on land related disputes, issues and facilitate service delivery by using web-based platform created by the Government.
