Revised Final Report for Assessment of Sangha Facilitation Centres in West Bengal
Objectives:1. Carrying out a fresh and detailed review of all the evidence collected during the first phase of the assessment. 2. Identify the main contributing factors behind a) high performing SFCs (and their location in terms of distric/block, as well as which phase of the rollout process, they were developed in), and b) low performing SFCs (and their location in terms of distict/block, as well as which phase of the rollout process, they were developed in) together with GNK point persons. This analysis can be developed sequentially by firstly examinng the experience in Jalpaiguri districts by understandug all dinensions of the stakeholder ecosystem. This can be followed up by analysis of Bibhum district, and lastly Hooghly district. 3. Develop a set of overarching conclusions from the data about high and low performing SFCs by prioritizing which coniributing factors play the mnost mportant role im order of importance.
