a) Conduct a study on ""Time and Work Study of Gram Panchayats"" selected by NIRDPR from each of the States Of Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal

b) Collect data using the standardized data collection tools from 6-8 sampled Gram Panchayats from the States mentioned at ""a"" above. The data collection tools include: Schedule l: State Information Schedule, Schedule 2: Schedule on Gram Panchayat profile, Schedule 3: GP Functions Schedule, Schedule 4: Process Mapping of Gram Panchayat Functions, Schedule 5: GP Functionaries Schedule, Schedule 6; Time and Work Observation Worksheet, Schedule 7; Focus Group Discussion (FGD) GP Employees, (ii) FGD with elected representatives of the GP. (iii) FGD with NGOs and other institutions working with PRIs in the State. and (iv) 3 to 4 FGDs with citizens, one of them being a SHG.

c) Enter the data as per the data entry template provided by NIRDPR

d) Analyze the data and prepare a as per the guidelines provided by NIRDPR
