Offers are invited from bona fide Event Management Agencies for organizing hassle-free Seminar/Workshop/Meetings, including organizing Field Trips in different district of West Bengal for the participants. Field trips will be limited to one-day trip by transport for a distance 200 K.M. (one side) so that participants can go and come back to their respective place of stay. Seminar/Workshop/Meetings etc., will be for 1 day/3 days/5 day’s module. The rates should include Logistic & Transportation from Airport/Railway station and back to the venue, Stay for 1 day/3 days/5 days. Some participants might like to come one day earlier and would also leave one day after the Seminar/Workshop/Meetings etc. are over. During the period of their stay, arrangement for breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner should be made. The rates to be offered first include cost of stationery articles required by the participants during Seminar/Workshop/Meetings. The rates must be valid for 2018-19 (F.Y).

Agencies having organized similar Seminar/Workshop/Meetings etc. during the last 3 years would be preferred.

The last date of submission of quotation in the office of SIGMA Foundation, AI 171, 1st Floor, Street No. 29, AA 1, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata 700156 by 4th May 2018 up to 1700hrs.
